Ingredients
- 2 cups Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
- 1/4 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup (8oz) All Whites Egg Product
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup (2oz) Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 cup (2oz) Shredded Asiago
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Butter bottom and sides of 9in glass pie plate
- Firmly press potatoes on bottom and sides of plate
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Cook Italian sausage until brown, drain grease
- Layer cooked sausage and pepper over pre-baked crust
- Combine eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl, mix well. Pour egg over sausage and red pepper
- Return to oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is is set
- Sprinkle with cheese, back for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is brown
