Ingredients
- 1 package Simply Potatoes hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients except hash brown
- Place hash browns in a greased 2 quart baking dish
- Add mixture to hash browns and stir until mixed
- Bake for 45 minutes
